You Are Our God

"I will show love to those I called 'Not loved.' And to those I called 'Not my people,' I will say, 'Now you are my people.' Then they will reply, 'You are our God!' "

They have not heard; they are "Not loved." They know nothing but to ask spirits or idols for help (see more on Dong religion). The verse above is obviously speaking to those not counted as God's people before, but it holds a beautiful promise to which we can all cling as we pray for them: he will call them his people, and they will reply with a confession that he is their God.

Father, these are people that know no better. They have never heard. A few of them, but very few, are beginning to hear your Gospel, but so many remain that are still called "Not loved." Father, we do not know how you will bring it about, but we pray that you would call them unto you, call them your people, use us all as we pray so that in the end we can all hear the "Not loved" call you their God!
