A Moment of Praise

Revelation 15:4

Who will not fear you, O Lord,

  and bring glory to your name?

For you alone are holy.

All nations will come and worship before you,

  for your righteous acts have been revealed.

Let's take a moment away from specific requests and come back to the things that are most important. Let's praise the Lord.

Our glorious Father, Creator of heaven and earth, High King of heaven, we come to you. Who will not fear you? Who could look you in the face and turn and walk away? Who, having beheld the Lord, would not bring glory to your name from now till the end of time? You alone are holy.
We come. We come to praise you for your righteous acts. It is those acts that are drawing and will continue to draw all nations before you to worship.
Your deeds cannot be frustrated; they cannot be changed. And we come to praise you for the establishment of your kingdom among all nations. Praise the name of the Lord.
